Nice ring, slow communication

I bought a men's tungsten ring. The quality of the ring is really good, and it fits perfectly. However, I had a question about sizing before ordering and it took a couple of days to get a response from customer service. Once I did hear back, they were helpful. Overall, a good product, but communication could be a bit quicker.

Reliable for bridal sets

This was my third time ordering from Giliarto. I got a handmade bridal set this time, and like my previous purchases, it was exactly as described and good quality. I trust their work for important pieces. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was expected.

Love my new ring!

Got an alexandrite engagement ring and it is absolutely stunning! The color change is beautiful. Delivery was pretty fast too. I will definitely be shopping here again for more jewelry!

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered a custom moissanite engagement ring. It arrived quickly and looked great. No issues at all. Very satisfied.

Detailed custom ring experience

I used Giliarto's custom jewelry design service for a unique wedding band. The design process was pretty straightforward; I uploaded my ideas and they sent me a mock-up. It took about 3 weeks for the ring to be crafted and shipped, which they had communicated upfront. When it arrived, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the rose gold details were perfect. I appreciated the tracking updates during shipping. It's a solid choice if you need something specific and are patient with the custom timeline.

Great value on emerald ring

I was looking for an emerald ring and found a really good deal during their anniversary sale. The discount was significant, making it much more affordable than other places I checked. The ring itself is beautiful, and I felt like I got a lot for my money. Worth the purchase for sure.
